JINMENG has patent on Sheet Molding Compound which is called SMC manhole cover(under the patent application number of 200910095562.5).
It is the best material in composite(plastic) manhole cover field so far.
Its basic material is unsaturated polyester resin. Meanwhile, use fiberglass and glass mat to reinforce it.
It is non-metallic, non-conductive and non-sparking.
It is excellent insulators against heat, is chemically inert and has zero scrap value.
Its testing load match A15 to F900 according to BS EN124 standard.
Its minimum lifespan is 30 maintenance free years.
